Assembly talk @ Commonwealth Secondary and Raffles Girls School (Oct)

Mr Simon Lew, a teacher in Commonwealth Secondary, invited Earth Society to conduct an Assembly talk for the school on 15 Oct.

On 15 Oct, Earth Society team reached Commonwealth Secondary at 8 am. We conducted a Global Warming Assembly talk for Sec 1 to Sec 3 students from 8.15 am to 8.45 am. We presented on how Global Warming is affecting the world and showcased various solutions to climate change. (Plant trees, Eat less meat, Green energy and 3Rs). Students and teachers listened attentively to the talk.

Ms Adeline Quek, Administration Executive in Raffles Girls School, invited Earth Society to conduct an Assembly talk for the lower secondary students on 25 Oct. This is the 2nd year Raffles Girls School invited us to speak to their students.

On 25 Oct, Earth Society team reached Raffles Girls School at 10 am. We conducted a Global Warming Assembly talk for Sec 1 and Sec 2 students from 10.15 am to 11.15 am. Students listened attentively to the talk and participated actively in the Quiz at the end of the talk. We left the school after the talk.
